Water: One Large earth dam covering 1,7ha. To add to the beauty and diversity of this farm a three kilometre of seasonal creek runs through the South-Western part of the farm. Beautiful views forms part of this peace of unspoilt wilderness in complete harmony as a variety of habitats on this farm. Two equipped boreholes (1 solar 5000l; 1 solar & Eskom 12 000l) and three unequipped boreholes. These boreholes supply the houses and water troughs with clean Waterberg water, purified by nature and ready for human consumption. 2 x 10 000, 2 x 5000, JoJo tanks at main accommodation area. Climate: The Waterberg Vaalwater area has a unique climate - something between Sub Tropical and Lowveld Bushveld.
During summer, the night temperatures drop down to below 20 ºC, which makes it bearable without a real need of air-conditioning.
Typographic: This breath-taking Eco Private Game Reserve consists of a mixture of sloping flats, mountainous areas, plateau areas, valleys, and the earth dam with its march biome. Rocky outcrops, overlooking the sloping hills of the Waterberg escarpment. The farm steps up with mountainous areas creating awesome views onto the undulating Waterberg mountains. This mixture of typography creates a diversity of habitats throughout the farm which makes it a haven to a large variety of game species. Elevations vary from 1272 – 1400 meter above sea level.
Roads: The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm. The farm has 40 kilometres of roads plus plenty of additional easily accessible game trails to explore the farm by foot.
