Location: In the vicinity of Vaalwater and just 2 hours drive from Pretoria.
Water: There are 3 boreholes from which 2 are equipped and strong. There are 3 man made game drinking holes and 2 earth dams. There are 3 rivers coming into the farm that forms 1 lovely river. This river is flowing through the farm for several kilometres. Rainfall is ± 750 mm per year.
Developments: Lodge area – This lodge is in its construction faze and in the finishing stages of construction. The aim –perfection and elegance were the starting point when this Lodge were planned and the result will be: comfort in style, privacy with a view the most unique portion of Africa I have laid my eyes on!! It is a true gem, a game farm to be proud of.
This lodge when completed will have 6 bedrooms with 5 en-suit bathrooms, a large modern kitchen, a bar with natural rocks that forms the theme of the richness Africa has to offer. There is a swimming pool with views, a loft with views, and a thatch roof motor garage.
Houses: There are an additional 5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms lounge, dinning area and kitchen area. There are an additional 3 bedroom guest cottage with two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining area. There are a Hippo deck chalet as well – this is constructed near one of the dams where there are 3 resident Hippos. This chalet is elevated and consist of one bedroom with outside shower that gives you this absolute freedom in nature, a lounge and dining area – all with stunning views over the hippo dam.
Other Developments – There are staff quarters, a store room, an office area as well as a slaughtering room and cold room.

Fencing: This farm is fully game fenced with electrical game fencing and is in a very good condition according to the requirements of the Department of Nature Conservation. There is an electrical fenced boma area where some of the predators are kept for rehabilitation purposes before releasing on the subject property.
Typographic: This is a boutique Game Farm and the model of all dream game farms. There is an excellent balance between mountains, gorges and almost 350ha of typical Serengeti alike grass plains. There are huge and massive big trees, which form the perfect African sunset over the horizon. This is also where the Giraffe has the Birdseye view of the game farm. With typical warm weather, which forms part of this natural Wilderness, you will love the sound of the Hippo at the chalet constructed on the banks of the one earth dam.
