Water: There are 2 boreholes which are equipped. There are also 1 earth dam and 2 cement dams (Koi - a like dams) situated in the lush green garden.

A restaurant, bar, industrial kitchen - this area overlooks the beautiful garden and swimming pool. There is a lapa, a full size tennis court and the lapa is fully equipped with kitchen, build-in braai and an upper floor deck with toilet facilities and swimming pool.
There are 10 en-suite bedrooms (sleeping between 2-5 people per room. 6 of the 10 rooms has aircon and 4 has roof fans. Then there are 3 family units consisting of en-suite 3 bedrooms and lounge area.The rooms have double or single beds, down duvets, comfortable pillows and high quality linen. They are equipped with a mini-bar, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a heater, a fan or air-conditioning and TV. Bathrooms have a bath and shower or just a shower, high quality bath sheets and towels and a variety of bathroom amenities. The rooms are set in a large, shady, well-maintained, bird-friendly garden.
Additional is a laundry (with installed washing machine as well a tumble dryer, an admin office, a fully equipped conference room (30 person) as ell as a large conference room.
there is a “shop” for the locals in the area. This shop has a decent monthly turnover. There are several storerooms as well as a 2 bedroom owners house - newly renovated.
