Restaurant
One of the popular features of this Holiday Resort is the A la Carte Restaurant. Tasteful African decor and a mouthwatering menu ensure that the restaurant is popular whether it's serving breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Ladies Bar
The fully equipped ladies bar with its mock-rock interior is a popular attraction, especially during sports events such as ever popular rugby and cricket.
Pool Bar
For the convenience, a fully equipped bar has been installed by the pool area.
Shop and Curio Shop
The shop is equipped for necessary holiday requirements with a reliable range of necessities that may have been left at home. The Curio shop on the other hand keeps stock of toys and souvenirs for those who want a trinket to remember their charming holiday.
Pool Area
The large, heated swimming pool that ensures comfortable year-round bathing for our guests is complemented by two well equipped entertainment areas. With pool tables, table tennis, darts, trampoline, spa, mini golf and volleyball, our guests have a assortment of activities to choose from. For the more energetic, we have a range of bicycles available for rent - a novel way to view our wide assortment of fauna and flora.
Communal Areas
Part of this farm’s success has been built on its ability to bring people together. This can be attributed to our communal facilities, which have been designed in such a way that they encourage social interaction. The main lapa which seats 200 people and has ample barbeque facilities and a full bar is complemented by two smaller areas for more intimate gatherings. The one lapa can seat up to 60 people and the other lapa can accommodate up to 50 people. There is also a large, informal conference facility that can comfortably seat up to around 100 people. This venue also has its own bar facility, storeroom and male and female toilets.

Makoro Base
(ideal for groups):
Unit consists of 13 rooms, each equipped with a fridge and cupboard. Six rooms with three single beds each and another seven rooms with two single beds each. Communal kitchen. Outside communal area with outdoor barbeque (braai) facilities. Ablution facilities.
Caravan stands
135 Caravan sites with electricity, water point and braai. There are 6 Ablution blocks (Laundry matt equipped with industrial coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer).
The Reserve:
This 752 hectares is covered by 60 kilometers of sand roads that are used for game drives and a 12-kilometer hiking trail, all of which can also be enjoyed by mountain bikers. The wide variety of fauna and flora makes bird watching and tree identification a delight. For those who are not well versed but still want to learn, all the trees are marked with identification tags.
