Water: There are 3 earth dams on this farm. Two of the earth dams are being fed by a perennial sprout situated in the middle of the farm. The farm has sufficient open savannah to install 3 pivots to utilize the 35 hectare water rights that belongs to the farm. The one dam is a 2 hectare dam which will supply the pivots with water. There are 2 equipped bore holes.
Developments: Lodge area: - A newly built 3 bedroom 3 bathroom thatch lodge with open living area and kitchen and wooden deck overlooking the dam – Still to be completed

Typographic: This is an excellent balance between the rolling hills, the natural bush and its open savannah areas which is perfect for breeding camps and/or irrigation.
There are trees species like the Transvaal beech, Wild Syringa,
Large Fruited Bush Willow, Monkey Orange and the Silver Oak. These trees form the perfect African sunset over the horizon and this is also where the Giraffe has the Birdseye view of the game farm. This farm has the characteristics that portrays the Waterberg at its best.
