Share: This share includes your own private 3-bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, one is en-suite, and the upstairs bedroom is a beautiful open-planned loft area, the house is fully-tiled, has a fireplace, is all very naturally built inside, has a fully-equipped kitchen and lounge come dining room. The house will include all the furniture and there is a rugged Landrover game-drive vehicle included.
Description: This actual share includes your own private natural stone house, which is so environmentally suitable to this beautiful game farm, because the wild animals are often seen grazing within close proximity to the house or drinking from the watering-hole which is located very close to the house. The prolific birdlife is so extraordinary that some of the owners on the farm purchased their shares due to the abundance of birds. All the various antelope species can be found on the farm, including blue wildebeest, red hartebeest, waterbuck, duikers, blesbok, kudu, impala, as well as giraffe, warthogs, vervet monkeys, baboons and so on! There are also many young animals at present, which is delightful to see.
There are no threatening animals on the farm except the lonely leopards who roam all the farms in the area. This makes it an awesome place to relax in one’s own garden or go on long family walks or bike-rides. Children are completely safe here to explore all of nature without any supervision and they are truly in their element, because one of the rules is that the dung beetles have right of way! There is a main clubhouse facility which has a daily tuck shop for necessities like ice-creams, firewood and beers, as well as a large swimming pool, dartboards, table tennis, big-screen television and so on.
This offer includes the added bonus in that the farm has its own full-time farm manager who lives on the property permanently and therefore manages it continuously. You are able to arrange with a mere phone call that your home is cleaned and the area within close proximity to the house is cleaned and grass mowed prior to your arrival times. This is then all arranged and you need only walk in and enjoy your stay! Holidays couldn’t be easier.
Flora: The veldt is typical sour grass grazing and sour bushveld, with a large selection of indigenous flora such as silver cluster-leaf, wild seringa, Transvaal beech (boekenhout), large fruited bush willow, live-long, kudu berry, peeling plane, monkey orange to mention just a few.
