This Farm has 25% rolling hill and the rest is flat with a slight slope. The soil is a red sandy loam type of soil.  Very well balanced and selected areas on this property in terms of grass and tree species were selected for the game  breeding camps. Mixtures of overall Sweet veld with some Sour veld make the grazing potential perfect for a greater variety of animals to roam this property.
