The entrance gate can be constructed on the tar road as it is bordering the tarred road and can promise an enjoyable experience to come to this game farm.
Roads
The farm roads give good access to all sections of the farm and are maintained with its own necessary equipment by the ground staff. The farm has several kilometers of well maintained roads plus plenty of additional trails which are also well maintained.
Game Fence
Fully game fenced accordingly to the requirements of the Dept. Nature Conservation and in some areas there are electrified game fencing. Game fences are regular patrolled by ground staff. The Boundary fence has cost in consideration at R 57,000.00 per km to erect.
Water
The Water reticulation on this farm is above average as all areas of the farm are covered in terms of a supply point per area. There was a huge dam on this farm that broke several years ago. Due to the lack of finance, it could not be repaired. Should it be repaired, it would cover a distance in length of 1.2km. There is a second earth dam in the same rain catchment that is alos very nice and unique. A perennial sprout runs though the farm and is ample water suitable for human and animal consumption - Fish Eagles regularly visits this dam. Water is also obtained from the Doorndraai dam which is in close proximity to the subject property. There are water supply points on the farm. Then there are several bore holes on the farm which is strategically placed to ensure the reservoirs, water troughs and houses have water in abundance.
